After 30 Years, It's A Bright, Shiny Apple Here's a very nice, concise tribute to Apple's influence as one of Silicon Valley's longest survivors and to the major innovations they've contributed to personal computing. I suspect we'll see a fair number of these tributes as Apple's 30-year birthday approaches. Of course, this is the 5-year anniversary of the first release of Mac OS X, too.
