The report confirms what I and others have argued for some time now about system cost... there is very little difference in actual cost between Mac and Windows computers nowadays. It also confirms Mac users' view that (a) Mac OS X is a more productivity-enhancing system and (b) Windows is inferior in many ways from a functional standpoint.
