This DVD retail store takes a single-page approach to Ajax By and large, it's quite successful, in my opinion. The page has clear indications when updates occur, and loading remotely is accompanied by a "loading" indicator. Very clean design, as well. Not much DHTML other than the Ajax, but it's a good example of what Ajax can do for such sites nowadays.
