DOMinclude: An innovative alternative to popups/tooltips

Replace Pop-Ups with dynamic includes using DOMinclude This looks like a really nice in-line technique for displaying related page content... either information you might display as a pop-up, or as a tool-tip. The author of the script has a site full of interesting DHTML and Ajax scripts and articles, by the way.
