Open Letter to the Mac Community: Jason Tomczak's Account This poor guy... I can just imagine how he wandered into this not realizing what was going to happen. What his letter doesn't say, unfortunately, is what the motives might have been for the lawyers responsible for blowing the "Scratch" case into a major story. As he indicates, he's still subject to litigation from those very same lawyers, so he's probably afraid of what he can say in public. As I said in the title, Good Grief!
