ToyViewer Is a Cocoa Image Utility for Mac OS X
Apparently, this software started back on NeXT and continues to be updated, most recently as a Universal binary for Tiger. The software is free and has features found in Preview as well as iPhoto. The website is scary to look at, but there’s a detailed help manual available online. At $0, it’s worth a try!
