It's a good question, but I do find Eclipse to be so full of goodness it's almost too complicated for what I do. WebScripter looks a lot closer to what Widgetarium does, but for PHP and Perl, not JavaScript. The demo is fully functional for small files, but otherwise I'll be out $30 if I like it.
