Ajax-Powered Contact Form Justin Perkins developed this version of Dustin Diaz' newly rebuilt-in-YUI ajax contact form in response to a user request on Diaz' website. Disappointingly, Diaz deleted the link to this Prototype version! Why would he do that? Seems pretty small to me. In any case, this seems to be identical in behavior to Diaz' form, just with Prototype on the backend instead of the Yahoo library.
