They're talking about Ruby on Rails, of course, and a feature that Ruby has become noteworthy for. Many years ago, I cut my web app development teeth on server-side JavaScript... Netscape, which developed the technology, called it LiveWire. I'll be curious to read more about Helma to see what this is all about.
