protoGrowl Provides Growl-Type Notices for Ajax Sites

protoGrowl lets site developers display bubble-styled user interface messages Anything "inspired by the Growl notification system for OS X" has got to be cool, because Growl itsef is. This might indeed be cool if it doesn't turn out to be annoying. protoGrowl is based on the Prototype.js library.
