SafariCookieCutter: Take Control of Your Cookies!
Published June 13th, 2006
SafariCookieCutter is a simple cookie editor for Safari
There's one thing I'm hoping CookieCutter will help me with that my usual cookie manager, CocoaCookies, doesn't. Namely, there's one site whose webmasters really don't understand the purpose of cookies. They let you customize the display of information, as well as the filter for information you want to search. But then the site "forgets" your settings after about 2 hours. Huh? This means I have to continuously set my preferences whenever I visit. What's the point of letting users set preferences if the site won't remember them? Anyway, the description for CookieCutter says it's "useful for increasing the life of existing cookies..." and I'm hoping it'll help with this!
