I'd demoed TextSoap 4 and was intrigued, but a bit put off by the clunky interface. Sort of like BBEdit's HTML editing palettes... just in the way, mostly. TextSoap 5 has a whole raft of new ways to help you out, from Automator support to a new Clipboard Workspace. Still reasonably priced at $30 for the standard edition and $40 for the Deluxe, it's time to try it again. In casse you don't know, TextSoap is a premier Mac OS X utility for reformatting text in various, highly customizable ways. You get a lot of canned formats out of the box and can also create your own "scrubs".
