iShowU: Allows you to capture and record anything you can see on your screen…

Originally downloaded 4/15/06. We now have umpteen of this type of software package for Mac OSX, up from only 2 or 3 a year ago. I think it reflects the growing interest in “screencasting,” but I’m not sure. What irks me is that Apple hasn’t yet endowed QuickTime Pro with this ability, but certainly the 3rd party Mac developers have been responding in force!

Update 7/26/06 After finally putting all of the video screen capture products to the test this week, iShowU came out the winner!
