PC World Offers Advice on Improving Microsoft

PC World - Three Steps to a New, Improved Microsoft! Another interesting list of the things that are wrong with Microsoft. Of course, what I can't understand is... if there's so much wrong with Microsoft, why do people stay with them? I just don't get it, especially when there are great alternatives, like Apple, out there.
