MySync - Mac to Mac Syncing Without .Mac
Originally downloaded 9/22/06. Even though I've got .Mac, I'd like to see how well this utility works. Evidently good enough that "Missing Sync" company Mark/Space acquired the software recently and will release it to production in the fall. Prior to that, it's still available as a beta version from the original developer... you just have to write to get a registration number. MySync works by letting you set one computer as the "master" and then any number of other computers as slaves. Apparently, the master and slave can be on a local Bonjour network, or across the Internet. The software uses Apple's built-in Sync Services in Mac OS X Tiger, so it works with any items that can be synced that way.
