Originally downloaded 10/29/06. This is an intriguing-sounding shareware package, with capabilities a bit beyond the freeware Photo Desktop that I started using recently. ClickPix lets you bring numerous photos or other images from your hard drive onto the canvas, where you can manipulate them as a group or individually using various controls for lighting and special effects. The interface also lets you search the web for images and drag them onto the canvas, all without shuttling you off to your web browser. Definitely worth a try, and $10 doesn't seem to high if it works well.
