It turns out that MSN customers who bought music for their "Plays for Sure" Microsoft devices are finding that they can't use that music on Zunes. Is that ridiculous, or what? It sounds like Microsoft is setting Zune apart from the "Plays for Sure" pack, thinking that will make it distinctive somehow. How totally lame... but not altogether inconsistent with the Microsoft world view.
