Originally downloaded 12/5/06. I'm less interested in the web-page monitoring feature of Changes Meter than about the hard drive monitoring. I also use Growl and folder actions to do notifications, but those aren't recorded in any convenient location, so once they're gone... they're gone. It looks like Changes Meter would let me keep notifications of particular changes around a bit longer. Oh, it also monitors specific web pages for changes, too... which might be a useful supplement to RSS. After all, in the early days of the web, that's all we had, and there used to be goo-gobs of apps that would monitor web pages for you. All this for free, and in a tiny app that lives in your menubar... sounds like a bargain if it works.
