Liquid Ledger — Accounting Software for Mac OS X

Originally downloaded 12/24/06. I have already started an article paving the way for an ongoing review of personal finance apps, and here’s one that wasn’t on the list. Judging from the looks of it, plus an impressive 60-day demo period (!), I’m definitely adding this one. At $75, however, it had better be more impressive than the others I’ve got in queue.

Update 1/8/07. I finished trying out Liquid Ledger, and though there’s a lot to like, it’s not yet able to take the place of Quicken for me. I do plan to keep an eye on Liquid Ledger, and will update this if it resolves some of the problems I noted.
