I've personally been using this one nonstop since it was implemented in WebKit and Safari 3.0 in the Leopard builds last fall... in fact, I've already devoted some blog space to it. In terms of interface utility, it's definitely the cream of the crop among the CSS3 styles discussed here. I haven't yet prepared a demo for this CSS3 style, but you can see it in action by visiting this CSS3.info page, which describes and demos it.
